1. Left justified; any letters must be upper case.

2. Use the following values:
a. "1.02" or "2.0A" (two-point-zero-A) if version 1.02 of the data specifications
was used.
b. "1.03" or "2.0B" (two-point-zero-B) if version 1.03 of the data specifications
was used.
c. "1.04" or "2.0C" (two-point-zero-C) if version 1.04 of the data specifications
was used.
d. "1.05" or "2.0C" (two-point-zero-C) if version 1.05 of the data specifications
was used.
e. "1.10" if version 1.10 of the data specifications was used.
f. "1.20" if version 1.20 of the data specifications was used.
g. "1.30" if version 1.30 of the data specifications was used.

NOTE: The value 2.0C has been used to identify both version 1.04 and version
1.05.
